Thank you for visiting McKinSkin’s Art Page. We are committed to providing the best experience to each and every supporter. Below, you will find a basic overview of our policies.

Shipping:
We will work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. We are a very small company based out of South Florida with just tiny team of people handling all orders for now. With that being said, IT MAY TAKE UP TO ONE MONTH TO SHIP ORDERS. Occasionally, there are extreme cases where shipping may even take longer than one month, and if that is the case you will be notified. If you have not received your order in one month, send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. We would love to keep you up-to-date on the status of shipping, and would hate for you to miss out on a product that you truly want due to a lack of communication. Thank you for your patience, we will do our best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).

Packaging:
It is of utmost importance to us that your order arrives to you in the same quality that it leaves us in. We use high quality shipping materials and carefully pack each order by hand. At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping or gift messages with product packaging. Due to high order volume, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill custom packaging and shipping requests.

Returns:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
